Mark is a data networking professional with over twenty-five years of experience. He has a prolific career as a Customer Support Engineer with several different data networking and telecommunications companies. Mark was the Lead Identity Engines Support Engineer for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics Project where he provided technical and design assistance during the project and onsite support. He achieved flawless operation of the product during the Olympic Games viewed by tens of millions of viewers across the world. He was also a lead VPFM and COM Network Management Support Engineer for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics Project and provided onsite support during the games. Mark is extremely well versed in a variety of language operating systems and protocols.
